Australia and New Zealand have VERY complex entry requirements. A very high percentage of problems and delays in pet travel to AU and NZ are related to errors in DOCUMENTATION!

We highly recommend using someone in Southern California to do the final paperwork and the sealing of the kennels for final flight to AU or NZ.  There are several pet shippers who hold themselves out as experts in this mission.  They are NOT all equal !  There are also a couple in San Francisco Bay Area

So, if you are elsewhere in USA, it is best to contact one of these firms DIRECTLY, then, make your own shipping arrangements to LAX.  To use a pet shipper elsewhere in USA to set this up for you will only endup costing you many thousands of dollars MORE than you need spend. We here at Action Pet Express can help you with this at NO additional cost.

The services provided by these firms, will be in MOST cases, to provide pickup, usually at LAX, for incoming pet(s), take to their facilities, complete paperwork including USDA, sealing of kennels, return to LAX for outgoing flight, and cargo charges for outgoing airline.  Time in Los Angeles should usually ONLY be about 1 and 1/2 days.  Much will depend upon proper documentaion in the first place....
